Sumo's Fresh Oven Kuih Bahulu (Mini Cakes) are baked daily onsite. They are golden brown little cakes which are slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Kuih Bahulu Mix
Stir bahulu mix with eggs at high speed until the mix is foaming (45 mins)
Stir mix with hand slowly and a short while to make sure mix is not lumpy
Heat the baking tin beforehand and then brushing with oil
Scoop the mix into baking tin
Make sure the baking tin is filled up properly
Put the baking tin into oven and bake until golden brown and cakes have risen
Take out the cooked bahulu and let it cool. Continue this process to make more
